Applied on online. Received a call from recruiter. Then an email stating job description, duties, and approx salary. Set a phone interview with the recruiter, all seemed to go well. After the phone interview a day later received an email stating that I was not going to be moved on to the next round. Sent an email to the guy I did phone interview with, email from recruiter came a couple hours later stating that I was being moved on to next round. A three person go-to-meeting call. I thought it went ok. Was asked about appropriate questions. I just interview bad. Get an email stating I was not selected for position. Send multiple emails after the fact. I know that Cox Automotive is an innovator in the Auto Field. I thought this was a perfect fit for me. I was told that I wasn't a good fit at this time.
