The process was extremely long. It took a month and half to get to the end. There was a total of 4 interviews. It was a phone interview, then a 1 on 1 in person interview then 2 panel interviews. The recruiter was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Overall, the process is way too long for this type of role and honestly could have been completed in just 1 big panel interview. You would think the salary would be much higher since the process is so in depth. There was honesty during the process for the most part but there was some information that was omitted.
