HR person reached out to schedule a phone screen. Had the phone screen two weeks after initial contact. The phone screen involved in depth job related questions, mostly situational. Was told that I would be moving on to next round and would be contacted to schedule interview. After weeks of no contact and several follow up emails asking for an update, I checked the application status online where it said "No Longer Considered". No further information provided.
