      The interview process lasted 2 months and consisted of a phone screen, a phone call with the manager, then a video panel interview with 6 team members, then a personality assessment, and then to top it off, project day. Project day, as I've seen from other reviews, is basically a way for CoverMyMeds to get free marketing ideas from who knows how many people. I was given less than 48 hours to put together a marketing plan for a very real situation. This presentation was supposed to last an hour, so of course I put hours and hours of work into this doing my research, practicing, etc. Everyone I presented to said I did an amazing job, that I had great ideas, etc. They were so enthusiastic, I was actually sure I had the job. The recruiter told me I would hear back within a few days. A week went by, nothing. I sent an email following up and didn't hear back for 6 more days. This was almost 2 weeks after my project day, so at this point, I had a feeling I wasn't getting the job. Finally, the recruiter got back to me saying they really enjoyed my presentation, but that they were going with another candidate. I could not believe after their raving reviews throughout my entire interviewing process that they had chosen someone else. I assume the individual who got the job is just out of this world, so congrats to them I guess. I even asked the recruiter if there were any other opportunities I could be considered for and asked them to provide feedback on my interviews. Nothing. I have wasted countless hours within the past two months for absolutely nothing. I would highly discourage anyone from applying here. I don't know how they're ranked a top employer if this is their company culture. They clearly do not respect anyone's time or effort.
