The interview was in panel format. A group of the representative of the VC, the registrar and lecturers or professors from different departments of the school. Questions were asked based on the area of expertise of the candidate
The interview process is medium. Not so difficult. The hardest part of the hiring process is making it to the interview stage in the first place. The interview is designed to get to know the candidates face to face.

one day interview, asked about qualification and asked to teach a subject in a field. some people have also experienced group interviews. you will be sitting before a panel of top professors and i was given a t-fare. They also conduct interviuews via skype

It was an easy interview although, candidates will be taken through religious questions in order to determine their fitness for a Christian school such as this. I was asked questions about my favorite scripture in the bible.
