This was an extremely disappointing experience. After interviewing and everything seemingly going great, I was completely ghosted. Eventually I went on LinkedIn to try to determine if someone had been hired for the position. Indeed, someone with very little experience had been hired. It was disappointing, albeit not shocking, to see that Coursedog would rather hire a man with very little experience than someone more qualified to build out and lead the research team. They could have at least had the courtesy to follow up. This experience speaks volumes about the kind of company coursedog is, so I guess bullet dodged.
