The first step is a Spark Hire one-way interview with five questions. I received an email link in the same day as I had applied. You get unlimited prep-time to answer the questions, but only three attempts. No more that fifteen minutes after submitting my interview I received an email saying "At this time, the Relationship Banker position that you applied for has been removed for further review."
