They did not give me an email or schedule the phone interview, just randomly called. Once I got the call, I could not understand the interviewer due to the thick accent and poor phone quality. I can usually understand thick accents, but this was horrible due to the phone quality causing more trouble. I had to ask the interviewer to repeat himself many times and could not answer a single question because I did not understand him. Also, it took months for them to call me after I sent out my application.
