Got a call from a recruiter and then received another call after she spoke with the Manager asking me for more information. I spent 2-3 hours putting together everything she wanted and then nothing! No phone call or follow up email for four weeks! I then reached out to the Department Heads in HR and finally got a call telling me the job was filled and I should have received an email. So it's my fault? Don't waste your time with this company, they obviously have no respect for people looking for a job and have no idea how to handle a professional hiring process experience.
