A phone call interview with the HR of the company, Video Call Interview with the assigned recruitment specialist first & then another comprehensive video interview with the current Implementation Lead

The first round involved a PowerPoint presentation on a given topic. My topic was to address a problem statement related to the sectors Convin is currently working in. This was followed by a group session with the other candidates who qualified for the second round and the recruiter. During this session, the recruiter provided detailed insights about the Implementation Specialist role. The final round was an interview where I was presented with a situational problem. I was asked to explain how I would handle the situation as an Implementation Specialist at Convin.
