It was a swift process, one face to face and one edit test. I found everyone approachable and enjoyed the experience. I would have preferred if there was a virtual option but there wasn't at the time.

I was emailed and offered a phone interview. We arranged a time and on the day I waited by the phone for them to ring. When they didn't I emailed to make sure I had the right time (I had email confirmation so knew it was correct) and had no response. After an hour and still no response I emailed again saying I had to go but please email me to rearrange another time. I never head from them again which I thought quite unprofessional as I had prepped for the interview and organised time to take the call.
