On the First Day, they take Amcat test. Then if you are there for non-voice you have to clear the versant test. Then Comes the Hr Round & Operational Manager Round And after that Client's Round. Next-Day they give out offer letter & Document Verification is done.

The interview went well. It was a standard process for a voice role, starting with the initial HR screen which focused on my communication fluency and schedule flexibility. I then had the Operations/Manager round, where we discussed situational scenarios related to customer handling and problem-solving. Overall, it was very professional, and I feel confident about my communication skills and my ability to handle the role's responsibilities.

Likewise, the behavioral interview consists of at most 7 questions related to collections and customer experience.
