Phone interview, I was in Socal so it was more manageable to conduct it remotely. Applied through Indeed because I was a new grad as a Rad Tech. Interviewer was friendly and professional. She had a genuine vibe and made sure from her part that I was getting what I wanted and not just what I think the company wanted to pay me.
