Some basic questions about grades and behavior about me. They wanted to know if I would be available to work the minimum amount of hours. They also wanted to see how I would fit into the culture and if I was someone that would bring value to the company.

I applied and was offered an interview at a college recruiting fair. They were there for the entire day and were offering spots all day. The interview was the next day and was 30 minutes with an HR person.

Entrevista
There was an on campus interview consisting of two parts. The first part consisted of meeting with two representatives from ConAgra from the HR department. It was a lot of behavior based questions and questions about my past experience. The second part was much of the same, but with two people from the IT department. It was very friendly, a lot of just getting to know you and seeing if you would fit in with the team.
