I should have known by the recruiter's lack of professionalism that the interview process would be rough. The recruiter consistently messed up the time zones, which caused me to never be sure what time my interviews actually were. She did not follow up about moving to the next round until I reached out to her. I had my initial screening on October 6th and didn't do the final round until early November. It was a very long process, over a month. What was very disappointing was that after making it to the final round of interviews and preparing a presentation, they never got back to me. This was very confusing as the interview had gone well (it was a panel). I reached out to both the hiring manager and recruiter 8 days after my interview which was when they said they would get back to me with their decision. They never responded to my email.
