es war ein ganz normales Assessment Center, in dem wurden einige Tests (IQ Tests und andere) durchgeführt, sowie Gruppenarbeiten zu einem bestimmten Thema durchgeführt. Am Ende wurde eine Kundensituation gestellt, in der man unter Stress gesetzt werden sollte.
Initial screening call with recruiter went well. Was invited to a second interview with hiring manager, again it went well. Was called back by recruiter to say I would be getting a final technical interview and expect a call to arrange. After that it all went downhill. I didn't get any call backs, When I spoke to recruiter, I was continually told various excuses and then ghosted.
