The interview process consisted of a phone and in person interview. Both interviews were rather short. Questions ranged from "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" to "How would approach a teen on the street to convince them to do a survey." I do not have any survey administration experience so I talked about my retail experience and I still ended up getting an offer.
