Had a phone interview and was described the position in more detail and was asked if I was interested to come in for a in person interview. I went in for a interview with Manager which went well and went back for a second one and they said they would get back to me and never called me back after I followed up a week later. As a recruitment agency they should at least be able to call a applicant back! Very unprofessional As a agency !! This is a difficult time already so please be honest and think of others

a very casual conversation with the owner. honestly the best interview I ever had. he was straight forward and genuine. it was nice to hear that they take a consulting approach instead of a sales approach. looking forward to the next steps. ignore that I said I accepted the offer. offer not made yet. still in the interviewing process.

Very simple - started with a phone screen then an in-person interview that was very relaxed, very conversational. The in-person interview went over my experience, my goals, and next steps.
