Group interview with 3 board members and retiring Executive Director. Located in a bank building entered from inside a parking garage. The directions didn't include this, and it took me more than 20 minutes to locate it (only got voicemail when I called them). Consequently, I was 5 minutes late for the interview (and a bit rattled). The interviewers were more nervous than I was, and asked very innocuous questions, until they hit me with the balance sheet.
