Empty promises. My tour was haphazard and should have been a sign of the disorganized nature of the place. I was told I would have excellent training and it was awful. The manager made terrible decisions and was always being pulled away from the task at hand and we rarely got back to what we were previously going over. Everyone seemed unhappy and overworked. I had blinders on at the time but I was so hopeful it would be a great career.
