Phone interview first, face to face with sales and marketing manager, then face to face with rest of executive team and the sales manager. The last interview being the most intense and phone interview being the least intrusive. Most question on the phone interview were basic and high level. The second interview was more in depth and skill/charector based. The overall experience was good.
