Contacted HR via email having seen role advertised on facebook and seen numerous job adverts through various channels. Got a swift reply by email and invite to interview. Interview involved a presentation of a 30/60/90 day play for introduction to the job then general and competency based questions. It was only when asking my questions at the end of the interview they discovered that I hadn't been given the job brief and supporting documents. Annoying as I had specifically asked HR if there was anything more I needed pre-interview and been told no - any questions could be asked at interview. I was advised I wouldn't hear the outcome the following week but soon after. Emailed a month later and was told that they were still in the recruitment process but that I would definitely be told either way. Emailed a few weeks later to ask if the role had closed ( assuming it had ) and never got the courtesy of a reply. I've waited 2 months before offering any feedback just in case but all in all a very unsatisfactory experience from a company I had high hopes for.
