The HR department is called Organizational Effectiveness. The recruited called promptly after I submitted my resume. The process was such that I did a phone interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. When I came in for the face to face interviews, the interview lasted an entire day, and I as shuffled from person to person in 30 minute blocks. Most of the interviews were me listening to the interviewer tell me about him/her. At the end of the day, I didn't know what I had just been through.

Entrevista
submitted the resume through company's website. Got notice for half-hour interview by HR about 2 weeks later, followed by half-hour interview by the hiring manager in another 2 weeks later. The interviews were professional.
