The interview process consists of first a phone screening by the Head of Talent Acquisition followed by a video interview and then an in-person interview. The interviewers are so polite and kind, you won’t feel nervous at all. They answer all your questions without any hesitation as well as giving you a detailed explanation regarding the position and what is expected of you. The process may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on how much candidates they’re interviewing for that position. You will receive updates on what the next steps are, not like some companies that just ignore you after they reject you. I’ve never been through such a smooth interview process with any other company.
