The interview went pretty well, they let me do a test run on one of the sewing machines and gave me a tour of the facility. I thought it went really well and was excited to hear back, however after a week with no response, I called THEM to get an update. Someone on the phone told me the owner was out of town, so they would get back to me next week. I never heard from the company again, and was very disappointed. I expect more professionalism in at least calling your candidates to let them know they didn’t get the job. Especially when they take the time to call YOU.
