Had four round of discussion with the Founder, COO and others which went well. To be honest, it seemed the interviewers themselves seemed to have very limited subject matter knowledge and infact were throughout making notes of the ideas that I brought on the table, rather than understanding and discussing. After successfully completing the all four final rounds of the process, after a week I get to know from the consultancy firm HR that they have decided to make changes to the position and requirements, (more like a lame excuse, if I may call it out). Thats the biggest failure of startups if I may say, why interview candidates and waste their time if you guys are not clear of what you want. If ypu dont know what you want, how can you expect to even find a match for the position. Stop wasting time of candidates!! It felt more like an unpaid consultancy that I offered to you Coinswitch in the name of so called 'interview' process that you framed it to be.
