The interview process was very straight forward, with One Techno-Managerial round and One HR Round.
The reason I have given a thumbs down to the process is due to the fact that in spite of clearing the rounds CTS denied releasing the offer due to compensation. The compensation they quoted during the interview itself, I agreed to it. After 3.5 months, they came back saying that the compensation they said They could offer me was above the hiring grid and they could not get approval for it, which proves that the HR team, is not competent enough to hire anyone.
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
