Even after I cleared both technical rounds and filled the HR form and met the HR , I dint get the offer letter from this organisation.This same thing has happened to one of my friend too. This org will conduct numerous interviews but there is no guarantee of getting an offer even if you clear all rounds. They dont even send any feedback on your candidature. If your package is 12+ and you are looking for a job here then it’s wastage of your time.
