I had a very unpleasant experience with a recruiter from Cognizant Recruitment. She called me twice without sending a text beforehand, which I find unprofessional since I don’t usually answer unknown calls. After finally connecting, she sounded rude and unwilling to continue the interview. My application was already expired on Jobstreet, so I wasn’t expecting a call at all. When she mentioned the job location, I responded politely that I wasn’t okay with it, but instead of continuing the conversation, she abruptly hung up. Overall, the recruiter’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope Cognizant improves the professionalism of their recruitment process.
