      1) First HR writes contacts with many red flags 2) Tech interview (leetcode copy) they just judge your score they don't deep dive to see the solution. 3) Tech inside When I was reading previous reviews I was expecting this unprofessionalism since they are new and not so experienced.

      I applied, and within a few hours was sent an automated email to a coding test from a noreply email address. I'm assuming no one has even looked at my CV. I had a quick look at the test and you need to supply ID and have your camera on. Considerning the likelihood that no one has even looked at the CV this is very disrespectful to candidates and a complete waste of their time. The coding test is their own platform, so it could be that they are using this process to just test their product. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

      After attending a 1,5h technical test at home and 3 hours of live interview I got rejected with a standard email. No explanation from their side, even after asking a feedback. I'm really disappointed because they seemed kind and humble people and I even had fun during the interviews. I was fairly satisfied with my interview so I was curious about the rejection reasons, but apparently they don't care about the candidates as they try to show during the interview and also by developing a product to even help candidates passing interviews. Another red flag about salaries, I asked a more detailed range for the European countries but the answer was confusing, a mere excuse to not properly answer to my question. 7/10 interview process, 0/10 people
