At first, you have to complete 2 online tests. Then I got invited for a math interview which included basic math questions. Then it was knowledge part 1 and then logical reasoning. After that you have to write a brief report on the company. The next rounds would be knowledge part 2 and cultural fit. I am still in the process

Very lenthy process. 1. Basic Mathematics and Competency Interview and Knowledge Part 1 Interview: This is the first interview in the process. It tests the candidate’s ability to work with numbers, how quickly they can learn new content and assesses some competencies aligned to our values. Candidates are given reading material to prepare. 2. Logical Reasoning Interview: This is an interview to test the candidate’s logical reasoning skills and ability to think on their feet. 3. Research Project: Here we look for the candidate’s approach towards open ended problems and their analytical capabilities.
