Applied through Indeed and was invited for a video interview a week later. First interview was fine, although the interviewer didn’t really work at the company, he said he was just helping with their interview processes. I found it a bit weird but it went well and I was scheduled to do a “Copywriting Challenge” - not the most difficult work, but they make you do 3 different things that definitely take up a chunk of your time. I got the challenge on a Wed and turned it in Fri. About a week later, I was invited for another interview with an actual team member and I thought it went well too. However, I was completely ghosted - I followed up and still received no response. Ghosting is bad enough but especially after you make candidates do a challenge that takes days to complete? Highly unprofessional and rude. Be a little wary of interviewing with them.
