Very good. Welcoming and very useful. I felt very comfortable the whole way through. It was nice and layed-back but also very serious at the same time. I would highly recommend CMT if you are wanting a merchant navy cadetship

Very easy and quick interview process with a quick response after the interview with the result and a quick follow up after receiving and offer with the next steps in my application
Simple, straightforward interview process. The interviewer was polite and the offices and locale were clean and pleasant. Overall a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The questions were simple and honestly answered.
