I applied for the position of Cloud System Administrator if I remember clearly January 27th, 2020, got a response from HR a day later for an initial phone "conversation" as they call it. Had a pleasant conversation about a week later with the Manager of Human Resources and then another with the CTO and I was scheduled for an onsite with the Team and the CEO. On the day of the onsite, I was given a little tour of the environment before my interview and that actually took away some of the anxiety and got me relaxed for what was ahead. The whole process was very interesting and fun as it was not the traditional kind of interviews where you feel more interrogated but we had a nice "conversation". It was a set of different questions from different members of the team and the CEO. I would say the whole process was very professional , from HR being at the top of their game in always reaching out in a timely manner and available for any questions I had, to the team providing me with a wonderful interview experience and most especially talking with the CEO.
