Interview process was pretty standard. First interview with a hiring manager then a second interview with the team. That is where it goes south. Despite several emails requesting and update. NOTHING!! If you take the time to interview someone twice, then have the guts to respond to a simple update request to tell the candidate they didn’t get the job !
