Interviewing left me feeling disappointed. After several interview rounds and putting in considerable effort to complete a detailed Unreal Engine 5 test, I received a rejection with no feedback at all. Even after following up, I was given no constructive insights into my submission or the process. The lack of transparency and feedback made it feel as though the role might not have been genuinely open.
