I wasn’t asked any interview questions in the phone screen. My next interview was virtual with the manager and team members. They said I would hear back in a few days which I thought was promising. I didn’t hear back for a week so I followed up with the recruiter. They never responded. I got a rejection email 2 weeks later. I assume I was their second or third choice and they were just waiting for their first to pass background and drug screen.

Three rounds of interviews. First was through email from HR confirming qualifications for the job, second was an interview over Teams with a Senior Manager and the Director of FP&A, and the third was a 2 hour long interview panel with other departments you’d be working with (HR, Accounting, and others within FP&A).

The recruiter reached out, gave me questions to answer, and moved me to the next round. It was pretty straightforward and went over my experience and skills. They wanted skills in budgeting, forecasting, Excel, and Tableau.
