Worked with recruiter who communicated to hiring manager to setup interviews. Had initial Phone interview, then a video interview with 4 members of IT. For the Final interview I was flown in and met in person with hiring manager, a coworker of his, and a HR representative. Clearwater Paper was very professional from beginning to end. I really felt like I was desired and also made sure that I wanted to work there. The recruiter was very helpful and he was the one that helped my wife agree to move us to a new location. The hardest part was the back and forth between recruiter, HR, and the hiring manager, but in the end it was all worth it.
