Got a call from recruiter and once my profile was shortlisted by HM. I received invite to attended interview 1st round Teams Meeting and second round at the office. + HM & HR round at Office- People are Professional and Good. Every thing went on fine submitted my documents. Suddenly HR Recruiter found a stupid reason not to release offer letter for me ( Since i have done freelancing in the past 1 year back during covid time but not doing presently) they did not release my offer letter even after i clear my all rounds of interview and shared the documents. BTW if your company don't promote freelancing then this policy should be applied to the employee after joining your organization only. If you have any specific BGV requirements as such then recruiter should have discuss these thing much before scheduling the interview .. its complete waste of time for both of us. I feel this is stupid reason to hold my offer letter. I think there is a communication gap with in the HR team. Please fix your policies.
