All interviewers are nice and friendly. It is a laid back interview process. HR recruited me after I submitted my interview online. I had three onsite interviews since I tried two positions. Interviewers mainly focused on my resume and my experience. They also talked about the recent projects and challenges they were working on. i received the oral offer within one day.
Basic behavioral questions. No case interviews or anything. Just talk about experience and skills and some of the problems they had that I could help with. Overall pretty standard. One phone interview and one in person

Got contacted by a recruiter, had a phone call to discuss the position and was told to apply to start the process. Recruiter was radio silent for weeks and after going over their careers page, they closed the Analyst requisition and decided to open a Manager instead. Really unusual to receive no communication about it. It would be beneficial to keep your candidates informed of what's going on in the process, even if it's negative news...
