I completed four rounds of interviews and was told I would receive an update before Christmas. Unfortunately, I was ghosted. I followed up twice including CC'ing the CEO who personally promised an update in the final interview, but received no response. Disappointing experience given the initial professionalism. This kind of behavior is unprofessional; even a short update would have been appreciated if they decided not to move forward.
