Had a half-dozen interviews with various other developers as well as several other IT directors and VP's. Most of these were video conference, there were a couple of phone calls. The process took several weeks. I was promised a job offer at the end of the process, but the company delayed the offer for several additional weeks and ultimately decided to go in a different direction. (even though they continued to post the job for weeks afterwards)
