Many stages that build upon eachother, tries to stretch you in practical tasks and draw out your experience on strength questions. This included a situation judgement exercise and a simulated in tray. There was a half day assessment covering written, group, and presentation tasks completed at pace. Then for specialist roles a final selection board with a written task and an interview by panel.

Assessment centre of 3 parts - individual written exercise (85 minutes), individual mock manager meeting (35 minutes preparation time and 30 minutes meeting time) and competency based interview (approximately 30 minutes).

Assessment centre: Group task, role play 1-1, written exercise. Each task is 1 hour long, with breaks in between each task. Go for the earliest date provided - think roles are given on a rolling basis given that you meet the criteria.
