As suggested by other reviews, my interview with the CEO absolutely destroyed all the passion and enthusiasm I had for CM. He was outwardly unimpressed and unfriendly from the moment we met, constantly interrupted me, didn’t make eye contact or smile, belittled and disputed my answers and left me feeling completely at a loss. His general attitude was toxic, raised serious red flags and I have reported it to other members of team as a result.

Interview took place over several multihour sessions necessitating repeated time off my former work. Structure was nevertheless very loose, indicating lack of coordination between interviewers, so ran over the same ground repeatedly. Feedback on rejection was nonexistent, which felt insulting after such a significant time investment.
Aside from these issues, my final interview with the CEO was pleasantly unremarkable despite my expectations from his past write-ups on Glassdoor - he was as polite and constructive as you could hope for in a competitive interview process. Staff coordinating the process were also exceptionally friendly and responsive.

It was a phone call, during which we had a normal interview chat, questions on jobs and background. The tone of the chat was informal and quite friendly, and the interview was not with a HR person, which is nice. It was a pleasant experience mostly focused on cv review.
