Firstly was a phone interview which was standard with minial questions asked, more of an overview of the company and to check understanding of the role. a second face to face standard interview with two people. Basic questions and some competency questions asked. A poor email was issued after the interview advising the application was unsuccessful which was very disappointing due to no feedback or mention of the interview, the response was based on the application which was probably issued to all applicants whether interviewed or not.
