First I had a phone screen with the recruiter, next a phone screen with the hiring manager. Once I passed those I had an in person with approximately 6 people. It took weeks to hear back, but the recruiter kept in contact. It felt like they were stringing me along while they searched to see if there was someone better. 4 months after my in person interview they offered the job.
