Hard hackerrank with multiple questions in 40 minutes, phone screen, on site in Chicago. Citadel cares more about knowing fundamentals as opposed to random LeetCode questions, so if you're theoretically inclined the company is a great fit. The recruiter is an absolute pro, and the communication is timely and efficient. Absolutely thrilled to work here.

OA followed by 2 technical rounds. Each round has a behavioural followed by leetcode. Difficulty around leetcode medium/hard but it's not that difficult. Solved the problems successfully, interviewers seemed friendly but did not move on. Don't think they are serious about hiring you can see from linkedin how many grads they hire, it's really a waste of both the candidate and interviewer's time.
