interview was for a Graduate job position. 3 rounds split across the day with lunch and snacks given. It was well organised and a laid back approach which made the whole process very smooth.

The process is intensive. There are 2-3 rounds of technical interviews and if you pass that, therr will be another 2 rounds of interviews with Management. The whole process is tough and it takes a real test of skills & personality.
