Ideathon 2023 is the ciscos recruitment process for hiring freshers , last yr they recruited 141 students but this yr only 83 They said it's because of recession . That's the major issue with my case I did my interview very well but I didn't get the offer letter from cisco

Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.

Basically the process was very streamlined 3 interviews in one day. HR-Technical-Technical. I would say if you have knowledge in networking it is good quality interview and demanding enough but not too much,
