Ghosted by the recruiter 2x!! So unprofessional! Recruiter first reached out to me via phone and text message, which initially I thought was strange because typically I've only ever been contacted via email by a recruiter and in the process there was a procedure to setup availability for an interview. This recruiter didn't do that. He called, didn't leave a voicemail and followed up via text message. I was unable to talk at the time the recruiter called me so I responded back to his text message informing him of a time he could call me for an interview as I am interested in the position. The following Monday I am waiting for the recruiter's call at the time I informed him of my availability and the recruiter didn't call. A week later the recruiter emails me and apologizes for not calling and ask again if I'm still interested in the position and when would be a good time he could call me for an interview. Once more I inform the recruiter of my availability and hope for the best that the first time was a fluke. The following week I expect a call from the recruiter for an interview at the agreed upon time and once again he's a no show. Completely ghosted! No email, phone call, nothing! Despite the recruiter reaching out 2x, I was totally ghosted not once but twice! So unprofessional!
